So many companies CLAIM they are "focused on the client" or "put the customer first", but then do everything but follow through. We aren't here to point fingers, make excuses, or spend valuable time and energy playing political games.
The client's project is all that matters, not your specific line of code or task, the OVERALL project. Clients trust us with very important work, we take it seriously and you need to as well.

UX Designer - User Interface Design

Skills Required:
User Experience, User Interface Design, Flow Plan of Interaction, Wireframes, Usability Testing, Human Factors, Session Facilitations, Axure, Visio
Your Background / Experience:
-2+ years of User Experience Design experience working in an agency environment or a large company
-Experience looking at the big picture while working through complex details
-Solid user centered design process experience with a knack for planning flow of interaction
-It would be great if you had usability testing experience
-Experience in one of the following user interface modeling tools: Axure, Visio, iRise or a similar program
What you'll be doing:
-Working for a dynamic, creative and fun agency to provide user design and interaction design to its clients across all industries
-You'll work alongside our graphic designer, business architect to improve our user centered design process
-UI Modeling and rapid prototyping mainly using Axure
-Creating user stories, site maps, flow diagrams, wireframing, usability test planning and usability session scripts
